Allergies & Medical Conditions
As it is the start of a new school year, we have sent out a Google Form General Consent Form for parents/carers to declare any allergies or medical conditions your child has.
This year, we will be contacting anyone with identified allergies to request that these allergies are supported by medical evidence from a doctor or qualified medical professional, so that they can be added to the child’s file.
Please complete the Consent Form for 2024-2025 if you haven’t already done so.
Leave of Absence
As of September 2024, a new Leave of Absence form was created for schools within the cluster to use.
All leave of absence requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the intended date.
Local Authority may issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) when permission for leave of absence has not been authorised by the school.
